- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Rob Loafman is rude and arrogant. My deceased mother has an investment account with Edward Jones and I simply asked if my sisters and I were listed as beneficiaries? He replied that this is CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION. So I had to write a CERTIFIED LETTER to the Estate Administrator, send a copy of this letter to Mr Loafman and hire a lawyer to get the answer to this SIMPLE QUESTION. AVOID Rob Loafman and Edward Jones!!!By John Merchant, October 07, 2016
